Online discounts can be redeemed by clicking through to the online merchant's website from the app. Click on "Redeem Offer", then copy the promo code if one provided. Click on "Go to website" and place your order. Once order is in cart, paste the promo code (if applicable) and complete your order.

so this doesn't even offer a chat or a phone number to call? I'm not sure why I bought this membership. When I try to use promo codes I remember that I can't because you don't provide them when someone clicks on redeem
