Cancel your Entertainment Membership through the secure Entertainment account portal at https://account.entertainment.com.
Steps To Cancel
Access Your Account:
1. Go to https://account.entertainment.com
2. Enter your email address
3. Click "Email My Secure Link"
4. Check your email for the secure link (check spam/junk if needed - look for info@email.entertainment.com)
5. Click the secure link in the email
Cancel Membership:
1. Click "Entertainment Digital" or "View Details"
2. Click "Cancel Mobile App Membership"
3. Click "Cancel Membership" if you're sure (you can stop the process if you change your mind)
4. Select a reason for canceling from the drop-down list
5. Review and acknowledge Terms of Cancellation
6. Click "Cancel Membership. I Don't Want Great Savings"
After Cancellation
- Your membership remains active until the billing date listed in your account
- You'll receive cancellation confirmation via email
