If you would like to update your membership and you no longer have access to the email address that was associated with your subscription, you can still login to your account if you know what that email was and you have your account number available.
While visiting https://account.entertainment.com there is a link below the "Email My Secure Link" button to launch the page for direct login. Look for "Click here."
On the screen that displays, the email address used at the subscription's start can be used in tandem with your account number to sign into your account. That email does not need to be valid since you can login directly into the account.
If you do not recall the email address that was associated with your order, you will need to contact Entertainment Member Services.
