Option 1: Report From Offer
1. Go to the offer details page
2. Select "Support & FAQs" link
3. Tap "the merchant did not accept the offer"
4. Report is sent directly to Merchant Services team
Option 2: Contact Support
1. Submit a new support request
2. Provide merchant details and specific offer information
3. Support team will reach out to merchant on your behalf
Common Reasons Merchants Don't Honor Offers
- Business/franchise closed or changed ownership
- Merchant paused their promotion after ad published
- Unforeseen change in merchant's establishment
Our Merchant Services team will contact the merchant to resolve the issue promptly.
