Before closing your Kigo account, you must transfer any digital rewards. Support will guide you through this process.
Steps To Close Your Kigo Account
Step 1: Request Account Closure
1. Open the Kigo mobile app
2. Go to Account > Manage account > Close account
3. Submit your account closure request
Step 2: Support Team Response
- If you have rewards: Support will contact you within 1-2 business days with next steps
- If you have NO rewards or history: Your account will be automatically deleted
Step 3: Transfer Digital Rewards (If Applicable)
1. Provide a public wallet address on the same blockchain as your rewards
2. Kigo will verify the address is under your control
3. Kigo will transfer rewards to your designated address
4. Once you confirm successful receipt, your account will be closed
Step 4: Account Closure Without Transfer
If you choose not to transfer rewards, support will confirm your request and close your account.

Metamask or Coinbase wallets are recommended, but any public wallet on the compatible blockchain works.
