Kigo Gift cards can be in "unrevealed" or "revealed" state. Follow the steps below based on your gift card's state.
Using Unrevealed Gift Cards
Unrevealed gift cards must be revealed before use.
1. Open your Kigo Wallet
2. Select the gift card you want to use
3. Click "Reveal gift card"
4. Read the warning (revealing cannot be undone) and click "Continue"
5. You'll see the gift card certificate webpage with all details
6. Use the gift card in-store or online following the instructions shown
7. The card is now marked as "revealed" in your Wallet
To access again:
- Go to the gift card detail page in your Kigo Wallet
- Click "View gift card" to see the certificate webpage
- To hide from Wallet, click "Hide reward from Wallet" to archive it
Using Revealed Gift Cards
These gift cards are already revealed (details were previously accessed).
1. Open your Kigo Wallet
2. Select the gift card you want to use
3. Click "View gift card"
4. You'll see the gift card certificate webpage with all details
5. Use the gift card in-store or online following the instructions shown
To access again:
- Go to the gift card detail page in your Kigo Wallet
- Click "View gift card" to see the certificate webpage
- To hide from Wallet, click "Hide reward from Wallet" to archive it
Important Notes
- A revealed gift card stays revealed forever
- If you send a revealed gift card, the recipient receives it as revealed
- If part of the balance was used, only the remaining amount transfers to the recipient
