Why is my gift card stuck in processing?

If your gift card is still processing, you will see a 'Your order is processing' message on the gift card detail page.

Gift cards typically take around 20 minutes to process for security purposes, but processing can take up to an hour.

After after this time or your gift card details fail to populate, please reach out to Kigo Support for assistance so we can help troubleshoot.
