How do I use an offer?

Using offers through Kigo is simple and convenient, whether you're in-store or shopping online. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use an offer and redeem your savings:

On premise redemption:

1. Select Offer: Choose the offer you wish to use in your Kigo Wallet and click on it to view details
2. Redeem Offer Now: Click the "Redeem Offer Now" button to proceed with using the offer in-store
3. Confirm Redemption: Since rewards are single-use and have a time limit, you will be prompted to confirm your intent to use the offer. Acknowledge the terms by clicking "Yes, continue to offer" to proceed
4. Activate Offer: Once "Yes, continue to offer" is clicked, the offer is now activated. Show this screen to the server or cashier at the merchant's location.
5. Receive Discount: Once verified, enjoy your discount or benefit at the point of sale
6. Complete Redemption: After using the offer, click "Done" to confirm that the offer has been successfully redeemed. If "Done" is not clicked, the offer timer will run out.
7. Confirmation: You will see a message indicating that the offer has been successfully redeemed and moved to Archived rewards. 

Online redemption:

1. Select Offer: Choose the offer you wish to use in your Kigo Wallet and click on it to view details
2. Redeem Offer Now: Click the "Redeem Offer Now" button to proceed with using the offer online
3. Confirm Redemption: Since rewards are single-use, you will be prompted to confirm your intent to use the offer. Acknowledge the terms by clicking "Yes, continue to offer" to proceed
4. Visit Merchant's Website: Once "Yes, continue to offer" is clicked, the offer is now activated. Select "Go to website" where the offer will be automatically applied at checkout on the merchant's website.
5. Receive Discount: Complete your purchase on the merchant's site and enjoy the discounted price
6. Complete Redemption: Once done, return to Kigo and click "Done" to confirm that the offer has been successfully redeemed. If "Done" is not clicked, the offer timer will run out.
7. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message stating that the offer has been successfully redeemed and moved to Archived rewards.
