Merchant not honoring the offer
If a merchant refuses to honor the offer despite your presentation, we understand your frustration. Here's what you should do:
- Contact Support: Contact Kigo's support team by submitting a new support request or sending us an email at support@kigo.io
- Provide Details: In your message, please provide details about the merchant and the specific offer that was not honored

Expired offer or single use limitation
Certain offers have expiration dates or are designated as "single-use," meaning they can only be redeemed once and cannot be shared. If you encounter this issue:
- Check Offer Terms: Review the individual discount's "offer terms" for specific details and limitations. This can be found on an offer's detail page. To get there, simply select an active offer in your Kigo wallet, and look for "offer terms."
- Single Use Limitation: Once activated, a single-use offer cannot be used again by you or shared.
- If you receive the same offer multiple times, there may be a limit on how many times you can use it within a calendar year. If so, the offer detail screen will display a message: "You have reached the limit of available redemptions for this offer. Refresh" You can refresh the offer when the time period resets or send it to a friend who has not yet reached the redemption limit.
- Expired Offers: While this is rare, certain offers will expire based on how long they signed an offer contract for. If an offer is expired, it will be updated with an "This offer expired." banner and be moved to the Wallet archive's "Expired" tab.
